This user agreement outlines the Heart-Connections.net guidelines that you agree to read and comply with by accepting this agreement. The following are the guidelines set out by Heart-Connections.net: 1) Heart-Connections.net is for users must be 18 years of age or older. 2) Heart-Connections.net or any associated parties thereof, will not be held responsible for any losses, expenses or liabilities arising from the use of any of the Heart-Connections.net services. This includes any losses, expenses or liabilities that may be related or may arise from use of any of the Heart-Connections.net services in breach by you of any part of this contract. 3) By accepting this agreement, you agree to provide Heart-Connections.net accurate biographical information. Users understand and accept that Heart-Connections.net does not verify the accuracy of the information that you or any member submits in their respective profile. Any information that you rely on or disclose is totally at your own risk. 4) In no profile can a user submit as part of their respective profile their personal email address, telephone number and/or mailing address. 5) Any and all objectionable, abusive, defamatory, harassing, inaccurate, threatening, offensive, or illegal material is prohibited from being posted on Heart-connection.net. By accepting this agreement, users agree not to post any and all objectionable, abusive, defamatory, harassing, inaccurate, threatening, offensive, or illegal material. By accepting this agreement, users agree not to post any material that violates and/or infringes any person or party’s rights. 6) All information provided by each user will be displayed on that user’s respective profile. Any unacceptable information will result in the user being asked to remove such information. Unacceptable information is defined as any and all objectionable, abusive, defamatory, harassing, inaccurate, threatening, offensive, or illegal material. The personal information provided to Heart-connection.net with the exception of email address, will be kept private, and not used with any other business or marketing initiative. By agreeing to this user agreement, the user allows Heart-connections.net to use their personal information for programs and projects we are developing. Use of the services provided by Heart-Connections.net by the user will be kept private. 7) If you agree to submit a digital photo for use with your profile, you agree to comply with the following Heart-Connections guidelines for photos. Your photo must be relatively recent, and of reasonably good quality. All photos submitted by users to Heart-Connections.net must be owned by the user. Heart-Connections.net and/or any associated parties thereof will not be held responsible for any damages or penalties resulting from infringement of copyrights, proprietary rights, or any other harm arising from the submission of a photo to Heart-Connections.net for use on our site. The user understands that Heart-Connections.net holds the rights to any photo submitted by its users, and may use these photos in any fashion deemed appropriate by Heart-Connections.net. The user understands that at any time, any lady using the Heart-Connections.net service may view the photos posted by any of the users of Heart-Connections.net. The user agrees that Heart-Connections.net can use, view, store, or reproduce any photo that is provided by the respective user. The user understands that their submission of a photo must be in accordance with all of these guidelines set forth by Heart-Connections.net. 8) Any use of the Heart-Connections.net service to send unsolicited commercial email is not permitted. The user agrees not to submit/send any such email or spam to the Heart-Connections.net website. 9) By authorizing a Paypal funds transfer to Heart-connections.net, you authorize Heart-Connections.net to withdrawal funds from Paypal as you have agreed to by submitting payment. Once Heart-Connections.net has approved or declined your transaction, you agree that Heart-Connections.net has performed fully under the terms of this agreement. Should you fail to contact Heart-Connections.net about any charge, you agree to hold Heart-Connections.net harmless from any losses, damages, or penalties as a result of a charge. 10) All content and software of Heart-Connections.net is the owned and copyrighted work of Heart-Connections.net and/or its suppliers, and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. 11) The user agrees to all terms and conditions of this user agreement when the user takes part or authorizes any of the services provided by Heart-Connections.net. 12) In the event that any user breaches this agreement, may deactivate your account, and pursue legal damages.
